CHALLENGE:
Create a concise yet comprehensive “thought leadership paper” to share insights gleaned from 24 roundtable participants at 3 global conferences. Compile, edit and analyze input from medical school faculty, clinicians and students from 9 different countries: Australia, Brazil, Finland, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Sweden, UK and Vietnam. What are the similarities and differences? What are the key takeaways?
SOLUTION:
First I listened (and re-listened) to audio and video recordings from each roundtable and transcribed them into notes. I then analyzed the findings from each roundtable and wrote mini summaries to break down the similarities, differences and key takeaways for each one. Using those as a foundation, I then wrote the final white paper to summarize the full range of insights across all 9 countries.
